I think I have too much time on my hands...

Every month SL magazine publishes a couple of "defaced covers" - refurbished versions of an existing SL cover - that people have sent in. So, being exam time and having FAR too much time to waste, I decided to do one too. Hopefully it'll make the December issue of SL. Watch this space... Black ink
Blue lines
Fresh ideas,
Awaiting:
Transformation.
Change that word
Leave out that line

Place,
“I was here”
Am.
Making my mark.
Fresh
Black ink
Blue ideas
On lines
Pleading for…
Affirmation.

I have found
My place
Between blue lines.
Blue lines
And black ink
Are all that I’ve found,
While searching for
Place.
